Maxtranz

Integrated devices

MaxTracker fleet tracking system is universal. It’s currently compatible with more than 3,600 models of GPS tracking devices, including personal GPS trackers, automobile controllers and software-based “trackers” installed as mobile apps on smartphones. Additionally, MaxTracker is able to process data, received from after-market sensors (weight, humidity, light, temperature and others), cameras, tachograph and other supplementary hardware, connected to GPS tracking devices.

AVL hardware

Being one of the most popular GPS tracker types among MaxTracker users, automatic vehicle locators (or car trackers) provide real-time unit location, speed, and other parameters which are essential for high-quality tracking.

Mobile software

Phone tracker app is a program installed on a smartphone, tablet or any other device. The software gets access to GPS receiver and exchanges messages with the server through GSM and Wi-Fi modules. GPS phone tracker is a cheap alternative to the hardware-based trackers since it has the same basic functionality and can be used for mobile workforce management, child tracking, etc.

Personal trackers

Keep track of family members, employees, lone workers or anyone you need to monitor with personal tracking devices – small in size, allowing to locate people, cars or assets in real time. Personal GPS locators detect movements precisely; usually have SOS button and other functions, being essential for high quality tracking.

Asset trackers

Effective asset tracking often gives businesses an advantage that propels them past competition. Asset tracking devices provide dynamic data on location and condition of assets concerned, detecting every aspect from temperature to airflow. This type of devices is widely used in container tracking, construction, oil and gas industry, etc.

Protocols and retranslators

Retranslation is used in MaxTracker Hosting to transmit data (messages from units) to other servers or systems in real time. It is possible to retransmit data to several servers simultaneously and at different protocols. The ID of a retranslated unit can be different from its ID in Wialon.

OBD trackers

An OBD II (on-board diagnostic) connector is designed for vehicle systems’ check-up. It is compatible with most modern vehicles. Through this connector you can receive data from the on-board computer and other sensors of the vehicle.

GPS equipment manufacturers make the most of these advantages and crafted an OBD tracking device that can be plugged into ODB II connector directly

Tachographs

Tachograph recording equipment for vehicles is mandatory in the EU. Tachographs record key driver and vehicle information, as well as generate records that monitor the drivers’ compliance with driving time rules.
